1 tablespoon of sugar

4 Strawberries

2 oz of Mezcal

4 teaspoons of lime juice

1 oz Strawberry Liqueur

Garnish: Rim the glass with chili powder (optional)

2 oz Mezcal

½ oz simple syrup

½ oz of freshly squeezed lime juice

1 oz of ginger beer

Garnish: 3 thin slices of cucumber mint leaves

Cut the strawberries into slices and mix with the sugar in a shaker.

Add the rest of the ingredients with a little ice and shake again.

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Finally add the ginger beer and serve with garnish.
